Couples and  Marriage

Quality Care

In my therapy sessions, we’ll work to solve current problems and improve positive thinking and behavior. I will help you “re-frame” your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.
Research indicates that relationship counseling helps couples to improve communication and relationship dynamics. And fulfilling relationships significantly improve emotional and physical well-being. Thus, I work with couples of all ages, ethnicity, and sexual orientations to help them gain insight into their interactions and cultivate the skills for better navigating their challenges.

Quality Care

I use PREPARE/ENRICH premarital tools assess the couples strengths and growth areas. Based on the results, I provide feedback sessions in which I help the couple discuss and understand their results. I also provide training sessions for the couple to develop the couples growth areas.
